Conference Description
Physicians and nurse specialists from Minnesota Vascular Clinic, Fairview Southdale Hospital and the University of Minnesota Medical Center will provide nurses and allied health care providers with an annual update on peripheral vascular disease diagnosis, treatment and research studies.

This conference is appropriate for nurses and allied health professionals who provide vascular services.

Continuing education credit
To receive a certificate of completion, all participants are required to attend the entire conference and turn in their completed evaluation form.
Nurses
This activity has been designed to meet the Minnesota Board of Nursing Continuing Education requirements. Contact hours have been applied for through the Wisconsin Nurses Association Continuing Education Approval Program Committee, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. American Nurses Credentialing Center will approve the activity for 5.4 hours. Minnesota Board of Nursing will approve this activity for 6.5 contact hours. Radiologist Technicians Type A Category CEUs pending.
Registration fee and cancellation policy
The course fee of $85 includes course materials, continental breakfast and lunch. A letter of confirmation and driving directions will be e-mailed once we have received your completed registration form. Cancellations on or before May 4 will be returned less a $10 administrative fee. Cancellations after May 4 are non-refundable. For questions about the conference or registration, call 952-924-1594.
